110 West Johnson has six impressive apartments to offer. The studio apartments have full kitchens, a mix of bay windows, private entrances, and built in bookcases. The one bedroom apartment has wood floors, a small balcony, and a breakfast bar. The three bedroom apartment has tall ceilings, a dining area, built-in shelving units and lots of windows.

This large Queen Anne style house was built for, and was the home of, bookbinder Gottlieb Grimm and his wife Elizabeth for 20 years. In 1927 the store section was added for J. W. and Clara Hunt, who lived in the house and rented the store to others.
