Pet Policy

Steve Brown Apartments understands the important role animals play in many of our resident's lives. For the consideration of your neighbors, we ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome without a fee.

» Pet Types Allowed: Cats, Fish, Caged Birds (dogs and exotic pets are not allowed). Cats must be neutered or spayed.

» Number of Pets per Apartment: Maximum of 2 cats per apartment.

» Pet Fee: $10/mo. per cat.

» Pet Deposit: No additional deposit is required.
