The Bollenbeck House is a beautiful brick colonial with a spiral stairway, screened-in porch, and a dining room. The living room is very large with high ceilings, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The dining room has French doors, a build-in china cabinet, wood floors, ceiling fan and two big windows. The kitchen has all of the standard appliances, plus an extra refrigerator and dishwasher.

This red brick Federal Revival style house was designed by architect Ferdinand Kronenberg's and built in 1922 for William G. Schumaker, his sister Amelia and her husband Joseph Bollenbeck. Both men were in the shoe business and Mr. Bollenbeck also worked as a wholesale cigar dealer. The house remained in the family until about 1996.
