Renter's Insurance

Steve Brown Apartments requires that each resident maintain a renter's insurance policy throughout the term of their lease. In the event a resident has an accident that damages the apartment, renter's insurance is designed to protect the resident and Steve Brown Apartments from disputes over legal liability for the accident.

We require that your policy has a minimum limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage of $100,000. The policy needs to remain in effect during the entire term of your lease.
